Meet The Owners

PERRY

Perry Abbott is a self-professed vacuum geek. After over 43 years in the business, isn’t that a good thing? He hasn’t met a vacuum he couldn’t repair, and his knowledge of these dirt-sucking cleaning machines would impress a Rhoades Scholar.

He loves interacting with customers and helping folks have a cleaner home. You’ll find him at the shop six days a week, greeting customers with a big smile. When he’s not helping customers, you’ll find him in the repair shop, making your vacuum like new again. In his extra time, he even works on donated used vacuums, getting them in ship-shape to donate to womens’ shelters and other great causes.

MICHELLE

Michelle is Perry’s wife. You’ll find her helping out at the shop greeting customers, answering the phone, receiving merchandise, keeping the webpage updated, and making sure the store looks nice. She’s also in charge of social media for AVC, keeping everyone up to date on sales, promotions, and new arrivals at Abbott’s on outlets like Facebook, Google, Yelp, Instagram, and Pinterest.
